Hurricane-impact double-pane windows and expansive sliders were installed in 2018, along with a new hurricane-impact front door featuring full glass and sidelights. Located in Flood Zone X, lenders do not require flood insurance, and in a non-evacuation zone, this home provides peace of mind in stormy weather. Fairway Manor is situated near the historic Dunedin Golf Club. Originally designed by Donald Ross and once home to the PGA, this beloved course recently underwent a multimillion-dollar restoration and reopened in Dec 2024.
